Meet Our General Manager
My name is Shelby Stone. I am currently the general manager and have been with Skate World for over 5 years now. The best part of my job would be that over the past years, I have acquired a new family in my staff and in my customers. I just purchased my first home with my best friend. My favorite pastime is having friends and family over to spend time with.
Meet Our Team
My name is Lateisha Roberts. I am 19 years old and my birthday is December 3. I am a very outgoing person; I love to smile and I have a great personality. Growing up as a little girl I got hit by a car, permanently messing up my arm leaving a nasty scar, but I didn’t let that stop me from living the life I wanted and dreamed of. I graduated from Lakeland High School with honors, which was a bit rough, but I made it. I really felt I couldn’t give up because I am the oldest child and grandchild, so all my younger siblings and cousins look up to me. And I will now be continuing my education at Southeastern University, studying criminal justice to become a criminal defense lawyer. I work at Skate World as well as Steak ‘n Shake. I’ve been at Skate World for about 3 years now and at Steak ‘n Shake for about four months. I enjoy working two jobs due to the fact it keeps me busy.
My name is Marissa Furnari. I am 19 years old. I graduated from Lake Gibson high school in 2015. I am the oldest child of 3: I have a sister that is 15 and a brother that is 3 years old. I am a very hard worker and smile as much as possible. I’ve been at Skate World for a year now, and I’m so thankful to be a part of the Skate World team, because I love my Skate World family.
