The end of October is rolling ever closer, but that doesn’t mean the fun is over. If you’re looking for a dose of fall fun, family-friendly frights, or a place to show off your newest skating tricks, Skate World is the place to be this Halloween. Make the most of our last two weeks in October with roller-skating events to celebrate National Roller-Skating Month, Breast Cancer Awareness month, and Halloween.
Free Skating Every Friday in October
Roller-skating isn’t just a great activities for kids and families, it’s also an excellent form of exercise. Celebrate everything you love about roller-skating absolutely free at After School Skate this October. Parents, kids, and friends who attend our Friday After School session will get free admission to our skating center. Bring your own skates and zip around the rink for free or rent a pair for just $3. There are still two Fridays left to take advantage of this awesome deal!
Breast Cancer Awareness
We loved sharing Pink the Rink with our favorite Lakeland skaters last weekend. We’re always excited to watch the Lakeland community come together to support a good cause like National Breast Cancer Awareness month. But just because our official fundraiser is over doesn’t mean you can’t support this incredible cause. Show love for Breast Cancer Awareness this October by wearing pink, educating yourself about breast cancer, and supporting local charities as they walk, run, bake, and donate for Breast Cancer Awareness.
Halloween Skate Events
Looking for a safe, spooky venue for family fun this Halloween? Look no further! We’re kicking trick or treating into high gear with two Halloween skate events for kids in Lakeland. Skate, ride, and bring home a bucket of Halloween treats at Halloween Tiny Tots. Are your kids over 5? Get in on the fun at the Halloween Skate Jam and Costume Contest on Friday, October 31st.
