We recommend booking early, especially for weekends, holidays, and school breaks, as our most popular party times fill quickly.

Absolutely! You can enhance your celebration with additional pizzas, appetizers, ICEEs, game cards, skate mates, extra pitchers, and many other party add-ons. Our team is happy to help create the perfect party for your family.
Yes! We offer complimentary digital birthday invitations to make inviting your guests quick and easy.
Our party packages vary on time depending on a public party or a private party.
Our public party packages include 10 guests. Additional party guests may be added for the current per-child party rate. Each additional guest receives the complete party experience, including admission, skate rental, food, drinks, and any included game card. Private party packages allow for 40 guests.
No problem! Simply let your party host know as soon as possible so we can update your guest count and prepare enough food, drinks, and place settings for everyone.
Your party package includes the number of guests reserved at the time of booking. If additional guests arrive, they can easily be added to your party package before food is served.
Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize your celebration. You’re welcome to bring themed tablecloths, centerpieces, balloons, party favors, matching plates, cups, napkins, and other decorations to make your party unique.
To help us prepare for the next celebration, we ask that decorations be easy to set up and remove and that nothing be taped, nailed, or attached to the walls, windows, or ceiling.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes and/ or ice cream to celebrate your special day.
Outside birthday cakes and cupcakes are welcome. Due to our food service policies, no other outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved in advance by management.
Absolutely! Pizza, appetizers, pitchers of drinks, ICEEs, and many of our café favorites can be added before or during your party. Your party host will be happy to help you customize your celebration.
We recommend comfortable clothing that’s easy to move and skate in, along with socks for skate rental.
Because Skate World is a safe, clean, Christian, family-friendly environment, we ask that all guests wear appropriate attire. Clothing should provide adequate coverage, and we ask that guests avoid revealing clothing or attire with inappropriate language or graphics.

Absolutely! Every birthday party includes a dedicated party host who will coordinate your celebration, serve food and drinks, assist with cake and presents, and keep everything running on schedule so you can relax and enjoy making memories with your guests.
Children participating in the birthday party are included as party guests whether they choose to skate or not. Each party guest enjoys the complete party experience, including food, drinks, entertainment, game card (when included), and access to the facility.
Adults who are not skating are welcome to attend daytime public parties at no charge. During evening public sessions, admission is required for everyone entering the facility in accordance with Skate World’s admission policies.
Yes. A parent or responsible adult must remain at Skate World for the duration of the birthday party to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Of course! Parents and other guests are welcome to purchase additional food and beverages from our café during the party.
Not at all! Adults are welcome to skate or simply relax and enjoy watching the celebration. Skating is completely optional.
Yes! We’ll announce your party, lead everyone in singing Happy Birthday, and, when available, can even play your birthday child’s favorite birthday song.
Absolutely! If we have it available, we’ll be happy to play your birthday child’s favorite birthday song during the celebration.
Absolutely! We encourage lots of photos. Your party host will pause before lighting the candles so everyone has time to gather for pictures, and we’ll even encourage a family photo before singing Happy Birthday.
Yes! We’ll help organize gifts during the party and can even box everything up at the end of the celebration to make loading your vehicle easier.
Once your reserved party area time has ended, we’ll box up any remaining cake and food, help gather your gifts, and your guests are welcome to return to skating and the arcade for the remainder of the public session. For private events, after your party has concluded we will box up any remaining items and thank you for celebrating with us!
Gratuities are not included in your party package. While never expected, they are always appreciated if your party host helped make your celebration extra special.
